Pratapgarh Fort
Commissioned by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1650, this hill fort stands majestically above a height of 3500 feet above sea level. Surrounded by dense vegetation and scenic valleys, this fort impresses everyone with its beauty as well as sturdy architecture. At present, you will find lakes, a watch tower, Bhawani Temple and a cultural library within this complex.
Venna Lake
Spread over 28 acres, it is a man-made lake, located within 2 km of distance from the center of the town. Built in 1842 by Satara Shri Appasaheb Maharaj, this lake was earlier used to provide drinking water to the hill station. At present it attracts tourists with its sheer beauty and boating facility. Chhatrapati Pratapsinh garden is located next to the lake.
Table Land
Boasts of being the second highest plateau of Asia, Table Land stands at a height of 4500 feet above sea level. It has 95 acres of land, dotted with laterite rocks and thick vegetation.
